Pre-school ballet, modern dance and tap classes take place every week day during the afternoon and early evening, also Saturday morning classes for pre-school ballet and musical theatre

All our teachers are highly qualified and in addition, our classes have a teaching assistant and are accompanied by one of our excellent pianists.

Children under school age from 2 1⁄2 years.

• These classes are broadly based and include imaginative ideas and movement to music during which simple technique is introduced.

School-age Children

• Ballet classes using the Cecchetti syllabus include the Standards, Grades, Performance Awards and Major work. Children are prepared and entered for these examinations, however, this is not compulsory, and occasionally children choose to move on without taking examinations.

Modern Dance Tap and Musical Theatre

• Children from 5 years upwards enjoy these popular, lively classes.
  

Adult Classes

• Ballet, Pilates and Musical Theatre

Holiday Classes and Workshops

• Classes in Scottish reels are held during the Christmas and Easter Holidays.
• Workshops in ballet and musical theatre are held during every school holiday where children learn simple dances from well known ballets and musicals.
  

Schools

• Chelsea Ballet Schools is also responsible for the dance instruction at many schools and kindergartens in London and the Home Counties, lists can be supplied on request.
