Terms and Conditions





A term’s fee is payable upon registration plus an additional registration fee of 50%.

Subsequent fees are payable in advance at the start of each term. Any invoice unpaid by first week of term will incur an additional 10% charge

The registration fee will be refunded if notice of withdrawal is received in writing or by email not later than the Friday prior to Chelsea Ballet Schools’ half term break.

Term fees are not refundable.

Term fees cannot be carried forward.

Term fees are not transferable.

Term fees are subject to change at the beginning of the academic year.


Payment may pay by:

  • Credit or Debit card (excluding American Express)

  • Cheque

  • Bank Transfer



We do not offer make up classes and fee’s for missed classes are not refundable.




Examination fees must be paid before the examination date and are generally non-refundable.


Payments can be made by any of the methods listed above.


Any pupil who cannot take the exam due to illness will require a doctor’s letter in order to obtain a 50% refund towards their next examination.




Chelsea Ballet Schools reserves the right to alter the timetable at any given time and without notice.




All teachers are fully qualified, DBS checked and insured.
